THE SO AND SO SERIES KICKS OFF 5/6 @ THE LILY PAD, 8pm-10pm
A reading series I am curating for early-career writers. The first installation will be four poets from Kitchen Press reading their chapbooks. Justin Marks (editor of Kitchen Press and LIT) will be reading from You Being You By Proxy, Ana Bozicevic-Bowling (co-editor of Real Poetik) will be reading from Morning News, I will be reading from Wide Tree, and the fourth author is still a mystery. The Lily Pad (formerly The Zeitgeist) is in Inman Sq. in Cambridge. Email me if you are interested in putting together a four-writer line-up for future readings.
ARA VORA @ THE MIDDLE EAST, 4/13
Come out and help us get our Emergizzle on. We need all the votes we can muster to get us to Round 3 of the Emergenza Music Festival. Three out of nine bands will move on to play at the Paradise Rock Club and Lounge. The big time, people. The big time. So join us in Central Sq., Cambridge for some catchy indie ditties.
